Durraka Factory for Industry is a Saudi company registered under Commercial Registration No. CR 4602002725, specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of GRC/GFRC architectural elements, with its office in Jeddah and its manufacturing facility in Rabigh.

Website content does not replace project-specific engineering, shop drawings, approved samples or written technical submittals. The binding specifications for any project are those agreed in writing.
4. Quotation Requests and Orders
Submitting an enquiry or quotation request through the Website, by email or via WhatsApp does not create a contract or any obligation on either party. Quotations are issued in writing, remain valid for the period stated in them, and are subject to our review of the drawings, scope, schedule and site conditions. All supply, manufacturing and installation work is governed exclusively by the signed contract or accepted purchase order between Durraka and the client, which prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
5. Projects, Client Logos and Testimonials
Projects shown on the Website are projects for which Durraka has supplied, manufactured or installed elements. Project names, client names and logos belong to their respective owners and are displayed for reference only; their appearance does not imply that those parties endorse anything beyond what is expressly stated. Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of the people who gave them.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, photographs, drawings, designs, graphics, the Durraka name and logo, and the layout of the Website, is owned by or licensed to Durraka and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Saudi Arabia. You may view the Website, share links to it, and print pages for personal use or internal project evaluation. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written consent. Ownership of drawings, designs and moulds prepared for a specific project is governed by the relevant project contract.
